Create new employee administrator record by selecting Party Manager Application - Create Tab - Click on Create Employee - Fill out Fields.

Title: Mr, Ms, Dr, Sir, etc...

First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name: Self explanatory

Suffix: Jr, III, etc

Mailing/Shipping Address: For an employee it would be a home address or P.O. Box where that person wants to receive mail.

Allow Solitation? Yes / No : Party's can have many addresses or contact types, so saying no basically sets a filter to allow use of that contact type or not.

Home Phone, Work Phone, Fax Number, Mobile Number: Self explanatory

E-Mail Address: Use the employees primary corporate email address for the first email address.  You can always add more later.

Enter the employees corporate User Name and Password.  Examples would be John.Smith.Jr in a large company or JSmith in a small company.

Click Save to process the record.

The next screen shows the profile of the User Record you just entered.  Click on Security Groups in the User Names section. Select FULLADMIN from the Group listbox and Click Add.  The FULLADMIN will now display in the group list at the bottom of the screen.

It is recommended not to use the admin PartyID nor to give out the password to any other employees of the company.
